Trinity's program helps homeless or at-risk individuals and families find permanent housing or temporary housing resources. We partner with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, social service agencies, and housing authorities working to to provide the best permanent-housing outcome.
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a type of permanent housing that provides long-term rental subsidies and Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) to individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness and have disabilities, chronic medical conditions, and/or behavioral health conditions. These may include licensed board and care placements adult residential facilities or residential care facilities for the elderly.
Rapid Rehousing programs provide time-limited rental subsidies to quickly house people who have recently become homeless and offer them services until they can gradually take on the rent themselves.

The EmpowerAbility Career Training Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to provide career development opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities who are also facing economic challenges. The program's primary goal is to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to enter the workforce, secure meaningful employment, and achieve greater financial independence.

Trinity's behavioral consultation program is a structured and systematic approach to addressing and modifying behavior-related issues or challenges in various contexts, such as in individuals, groups, or organizations. Professionals with expertise in psychology, counseling, education, or related fields typically designed and implemented these programs. The primary goal of a behavior consultation program is to assess, understand, and provide guidance or intervention to improve or change problematic behaviors.

The Community Support Network is a comprehensive initiative aimed at fostering a strong and connected community by providing a range of services, resources, and programs that cater to the diverse needs of individuals. This program is designed to promote social cohesion, improve well-being, and empower community members to lead fulfilling lives.
We offer a variety of support groups and counseling services to help individuals cope with life's challenges.
