Trinity Supportive Housing & Consumer Services integrates supportive housing and case management,  bridges the gap, and provides comprehensive support for individuals facing mental health challenges or experiencing homelessness. This collaborative approach addresses housing stability, access to care, individualized support, peer networks, substance abuse support, prevention of recidivism, and community integration. By combining these elements, we create a pathway to recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life for vulnerable populations.
