This program offers an assortment of home and community-based services that aid Medicaid beneficiaries to inhabit and sustain themselves in the community of their choosing. The Community-Based Options Waiver is a fusion of services previously administered by the Living at Home Waiver and Waiver for Older Adults.  On January 6, 2014, a consolidation of these waivers resulted in the formation of the Community-based Options Waiver.
